We have confirmed issues regarding in-game systems, so please check the following details.
Bug Report
When the issues are fixed, we will announce it on our official website.
- When taking a screenshot with type A (without 2D), the graphic effect for tapping the screen remains on the screenshot.
*App update is needed to fix this issue, so it may take time to completely fix it.
- Golden Week Limited Items: "Golden Greatsword", "Golden Fake Greatsword", and "Golden Lance" were not sent when beginning the tutorials.
*We would like to send the items to the players who encountered this issue at a later day.
Please note that only the players who started playing the game after the maintenance on 4/26/2018 can receive the items.
