Toram Online is ending support for 32-bit Android devices through a maintenance that is scheduled to be held in October 2021.
Examples of devices on 32-bit Android (please note that this list is not exhaustive):
・Sony Xperia Z2, Z3
・Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, Note 3, J3
・Motorola Moto G (1st gen)
・Majority of Android smartphones released before 2015
Android users on 64-bit devices and iOS users are not affected by this change and do not need to take any action.
Please note that players using 32-bit Android devices will no longer be able to play "Toram Online" after the update.
Players on 32-bit Android devices are encouraged to consider upgrading their devices to a 64-bit model running on Android 8.0 version or higher.
Please register ASOBIMO Account if you are changing your device.
If you're unsure whether your Android device is 32-bit or 64-bit, please check with your device manufacturer.

About Account Backup
ASOBIMO Account Submission Procedure

Log in to Toram Online using the character which data you wish to transfer.

Tap "Menu" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Submit" at the upper left of the screen.

Enter your "E-mail Address" and "Password", then tap "Submit".

A verification email will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted.
Should you have any problem, feel free to contact us from "Menu" > "Orb Shop" > "Contact Us" at the upper left of the screen before continuing your action.
*You are responsible for managing and maintaining the confidentiality of your "ASOBIMO Account" name and password.
*Should you have any question regarding your current OS version or OS update, please kindly contact Apple Inc. or the retailer.
