- You are permitted to use the WORKS only on the device you own.
- You are permitted to resize the WORKS to use in other web services.
- The WORKS may not be used to do any of the following:

a. Use for commercial purposes.
b. Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of ASOBIMO and third parties.
c. Ruin the image of the characters (including actions against public order and morality).
d. Promote or advertise other products, applications, or links.
e. Illegal use.

- ASOBIMO is not liable for any damages or loss caused by you or your engagement with others through the use of the WORKS. It will be your sole responsibility.
- If the WORKS are used in the way which violates the terms and conditions, ASOBIMO will suspend the use.
In this case, the user is obliged to delete all the material and copies.
By downloading the WORKS you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For contents other than those stated above, the "Guidelines for Secondary Usage and Fan Fiction" will be applied.
