Installing/Starting Game

  • ▼[iOS] About the character data after re-installing the app
  • If I uninstall the app, will my character be erased?
  • The app preserves the information linked to your character data on the iOS device you are using, however, your character will not be erased by uninstalling the app.
    Even if you delete the app, you can continue playing the game with the character you had by downloading the app again.
    If you initialize the iOS device (Erase All Content and Settings), all the information linked to the character data will be lost and you cannot continue playing the game with the character you have created.
    If you want to uninstall the app, please follow the steps below.

    How to Uninstall App (iOS)
    1. Tap "Home Button" on your device.
    2. Tap and hold the icon of the app.
    3. Tap "x" button on the upper left of the icon.
    4. Tap "Delete" in the confirmation dialogue.

  • If I uninstall the app, will my character be erased?
  • The app uses your Google account for authentication, so the character data will not be deleted by uninstalling the app.
    The Google account will be required if you want to play the game with the character you had.
    Please keep the Google account ID and password safe.

    If you want to uninstall the app, please follow the steps below.

    How to Uninstall App (Andoroid)
    1. Tap Settings > Apps on your device.
    2. Select the app.
    3. Tap "Uninstall".
    4. Tap "OK" in the confirmation dialogue.

  • [iOS]I cannot update the app.
  • When you update "Toram Online" on App Store, "OPEN" button may appear instead of "UPDATE" button.
    If you encounter this problem, please try the following steps to resolve it.

    *The names, titles and orders of menus may differ depending on iOS version.
    *Please change the device settings at your own responsibility.

    1. Restart the device.
    2. Tap Settings > "iTunes Store & App Store".
    3. Tap the Apple ID shown and "Sign Out" button.
    4. Tap "Sign In" and enter Apple ID and password.
    5. Check the App Store.
  • ▼Unable to Update the App (Android)
  • I can't update the app on my Android device.
  • When you update "Toram Online" on Google Play, only "OPEN" button may appear and unable to update the app.
    If this issue occurs, please try the following steps.

    1. Tap "Settings" on your device.
    2. Tap "Apps" or "Application manager". (It depends on the device.)
    3. Tap "Google Play Store" and then, tap "Clear cache".
    4. Tap back button.
    5. Tap "Download Manager" and then, tap "Clear data" and "Clear cache".
    *"Download Manager" will show up in "ALL" section in "Apps". (It depends on the device.)

    6. Open Play Store.

    *The menu names and procedures may differ depending on the device and OS version.
    *Please change the device settings at your own responsibility.

    If the issue still occurs after trying the above, please refer to "Google Play Help" below.

  • [iOS/Android]The app won't open. The app is unstable.
  • Please try the following options.

    *We do not take responsibility for changing the settings on your device.
    *Please contact the manufacturer of your device about the device controls.

    Reboot your device.
    Please end the app first and reboot your device.

    Check your Internet connection.
    If your Internet connection is slow, the app may not work properly.
    Please check your Internet connection and open the app.
    *Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

    Check the free space on your device.
    If there is not enough space on your device, the app may not work properly.
    Please make at least 1GB free space on your device.

    Check other apps running in the background.
    If there is not enough free RAM, the app may not work properly.
    Please close the other apps running in the background and open the app.

    Check security softwares on the device.
    If security softwares are working on your device, the app may not work properly.
    Please turn off real-time scanning while you are playing the app.

    If the situation is not improved after trying the above options, please re-install Toram Online.

  • How can I check the version of the app?
  • Open the app and the version will be shown at the bottom left of the screen.
  • ▼[Unauthorized Action Detected] message pops up.

  • If a rooting application is installed in your device, you cannot start Toram Online.
    Please confirm the applications and uninstall the rooting application.

    *Please ask the device manufacturer or application manufacturer for the details of rooting application.
