  • If the purchased Orbs or the 30-Day Tickets have not been added to your account yet, please try the following steps.

    1. Tap "Menu" > "Logout" > End App and reboot your device.
    2. Open the app and wait for about 5 minutes in the purchase screen for the Orbs.

    It may take more than 24 hours to apply the purchased Orbs or the 30-Day Tickets to your account due to the delay of transaction.

    If the Orbs or Tickets are not added after waiting some time, please contact us from the contact form in the app ("Menu" > "Orb Shop" > "Contact Us") with the Google Order Number.

    Orbs
    1. Open payments center (https://payments.google.com).
    2. Log-in with the Google account which is associated with your Android device.
    3. Tap "VIEW PURCHASES" in "Other purchase activity".
    4. Tap the transaction of the Order Number you want to check.
    5. "Transaction ID" is shown as the Order Number.

    30-Day Tickets
    1. Open payments center (https://payments.google.com).
    2. Log-in with the Google account which is associated with your Android device.
    3. Tap "MANAGE" in the 30-Day Tickets you want to check the Order Number.
    4. Tap "VIEW TRANSACTIONS".
    5. Tap the transaction of the Order Number you want to check.
    6. "Transaction ID" is shown as the Order Number.

  • If the purchased Orbs have not added to your account yet, please try the following steps.

    1. End the app from Menu > Logout > End App and reboot your device.
    2. Launch the app and wait for 5 minutes in the purchase screen for Orbs.

    It may take more than 24 hours to apply the purchased Orbs or Tickets to your account.
    If Orbs or Tickets are not added after following these steps, please "Contact Us" from the app with the following information.

    ・Character Name
    ・Price
    ・Number of Orbs Purchased
    ・Time and Date of the Purchase (24-Hour Time Format)

  • I haven't got the items that I bought in Orb Shop.
  • You can check the items purchased in Orb Shop in the following steps.

    Avatars
    Tap Menu > Character > Equipment > Avatar.

    Special Items
    Tap Menu > Orb Shop > Use Special Items.
  • ▼About the duration of items
  • Will the items be effective while I'm logged out?
  • The duration of the items will NOT be consumed while you are logging out.
  • ▼30-Day Tickets are not effective.
  • I have purchased 30-Day Tickets but they are not effective.
  • Please try the followings if you cannot get ticket bonuses.

    - Restart app.
    - Switch on/off Airplane Mode.
    - Reboot the device.
  • ▼About the bonuses of purchasing multiple Tickets
  • How are the ticket bonuses calculated when I buy multiple tickets?
  • When you purchase multiple 30-Day Tickets, the bonuses will be combined.

    Example:
    If you purchase "Standard Ticket" and "Leveling Ticket"...
    EXP Gain: 30%+10%=40%
    Drop Rate: 30%+10%=40%
    Consignment Fee: 20% + 30% = 50%OFF
  • ▼How to unsubscribe Tickets
  • How can I unsubscribe the tickets?
  • Tickets subscription is monthly recurring charge for Andorid devices.
    It will continue until you unsubscribe the tickets from your device.
    To unsubscribe the tickets, please follow the steps below.

    1. Open "Toram Online" in Google Play.
    2. Log in with the Google account in which you purchased the tickets.
    3. Tap "Unsubscribe".
    4. Follow the guides and unsubscribe the tickets.
    *"Unsubscribe" will not show up if you don't purchase the tickets.

    If you are using iOS devices, the tickets will automatically expire in 30 days.

  • How can I check the number of Orb Shards that I have?
  • You can check the number of Orb Shards by the following step.

    Tap Menu > Orb Shop.

    *The number of Orbs are displayed in the upper left of the screen and Orb Shards in the upper right of the screen.

  • How many Orbs and Orb Shards can I have?
  • Please check the following numbers.

    Orb: 2,147,483,647
    Orb Shard: 2,147,483,647

  • Do Orb Shards expire?
  • No, they don't.
    There is no expiration date for Orb Shards.
  • ▼How to Exchange Ticket Pieces for Avatar Ticket
  • How can I exchange Ticket Pieces for Avatar Tickets?
  • Tap Menu > Orb Shop > Add Orbs > Exchange button at the bottom of the page while you have 100 Ticket Pieces or more. You can exchange Ticket Piece x100 for Avatar Ticket x1.
  • ▼About Avatar Ticket
  • What is an Avatar Ticket?
  • Avatar Ticket is an item that you can use as "Open x1" for Avatar Chests without consuming Orbs.
    You can check the number of the Avatar Tickets from Menu > Orb Shop > top of the screen.
    When you purchase Avatar Chest, a button to use Avatar Ticket will show up.

    *There is no expiration date for Avatar Tciekts.
    *The lineup is the same even if you use Avatar Tickets instead of Orbs.
    Therefore, you may get items other than Avatar Items by opening Avatar Chests with Avatar Tickets.
    * You can open Avatar Chest one time per Avatar Ticket.
    * Even if you have 11 Avatar Tickets, you cannot use "Open x11" button.
    * Avatar Ticket x1 will be consumed when you open Treasure Chest one time regardless of the number of Orbs required.
    * Avatar Ticket can only be used in the platform you received the Ticket on.
    Even if you log in on another device with different platform using ASOBIMO Account, the tickets will not be shared.

  • Do Ticket Pieces expire?
  • No, they don't. There is no expiration date for Ticket Pieces.
  • ▼About Material Points after Expiration of 30-Day Ticket: "Bag Expansion"
  • When 30-Day Ticket: "Bag Expansion" expires, how will the exceeded materials be handled?
  • When "Bag Expansion" expires, material points will be handled as the following.

    ・Material Points Owned:
    Even if the limit of the material points decreases by the expiration of the ticket, there will be no change in the current material points owned.

    ・Using Material Points (for Item Creation and Customization)
    You can use the material points as usual.

    ・Earning Material Points:
    If the material points have already exceeded the limit, you cannot earn more material points by processing materials.

  • Each prize in the lineup has a win rate and an item will be selected at random each time you open a Chest.
    Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can get the items you want.

    *The win rates for the prizes of the same rarity can be different.

  • In Toram Online, the rarity of an item is expressed with the number of Stars(★).
    The rarity gets higher as the number of the Stars increases.

    Gold Chest: An item with a rarity of 4 Stars or higher.
    Silver Chest: An item with a rarity of 3 Stars.
    Bronze Chest: An item with a rarity of 2 Stars.
    Wooden Chest: An item with a rarity of 1 Star.
