  • No, they don't.
    There is no expiration date for Orb Shards.

  • Please pay attention to the following when viewing "Settings > Username > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History" on your iOS device.

    *Please note that the menu names and display may differ depending on the iOS version.

    * Regarding the Date and Time of ""In-App Purchase"":
    ""PDT:Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-0700)"" or ""PST:Pacific Standard Time (UTC-0800)"" is applied, so there may be a time difference depending on the time zone of the iOS device you use to view your purchase history."

    * Regarding the Date of ""Order Date"":
    The date on your order or on the receipt (receipt email) you receive from Apple is the date your payment was processed by Apple."

  • What happens if I left the Paid Orbs unused for a while?
  • Paid Orbs will be converted into the following item after 180 days has passed from the purchase date depending on the amount left.

    *Paid Orbs will be converted into:
    Revive Droplet

    *Conversion Rate:
    1-10 Orbs: Revive Droplet x1
    11-20 Orbs: Revive Droplet x2

    e.g.)3 Paid Orbs (unused for 180 days) will be converted into Revive Droplet x1.
    8 Paid Orbs (unused for 180 days) will be converted into Revive Droplet x1.
    15 Paid Orbs (unused for 180 days) will be converted into Revive Droplet x2.
    *The number of Revive Droplets converted will increase by 1 for every 10 Orbs.

  • The bonus orbs display disappeared although the Bonus Orbs Campaign has not ended yet.
  • Our payment system is designed to remove the bonus orbs display at the time of purchase 30 minutes before the Bonus Orbs Campaign ends.
    However, the bonus orbs will still be given even after the display has disappeared provided that you meet the requirements to qualify for the campaign.

    Gold Chest: Contains items with a rarity of 4 Stars or higher.
    Silver Chest: Contains items with a rarity of 3 Stars.
    Bronze Chest: Contains items with a rarity of 2 Stars.
    Wooden Chest: Contains items with a rarity of 1 Star.

  • What happens if gems that increase boss' base drop rate such as Rare Drop Gem and Super Rare Drop Gem are used at the same time?
  • If items with different names such as Rare Drop Gem and Super Rare Drop Gem are used at the same time, all the effects (increased base drop rate, damage inflicted on boss, and damage received from boss) will be stacked.

    *Boss' Base Drop Rate:
    The effect will be added.

    *Damage Inflicted:
    The effect will be multiplied.

    *Damage Received:
    The effect will be added.

    *Details of the calculation are not disclosed because they are considered as information related to game-play strategy.
    *When multiple players use a gem with the same name at the same time, only the gem from one player selected at random will be used and the rest of the gems will not be consumed nor used.
    *"Virgo's Book" and other drop rate boosters affect drop rate before the base drop rate increases.

  • In Toram Online, the rarity of an item is indicated with the number of Stars(★).
    The more Stars there are, the rarer the item is.

  • Each prize in the lineup has a win rate and an item will be selected at random each time you open a Chest.
    Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can get the items you want.

  • When 30-Day Ticket: "Bag Expansion" expires, how will the excess Material Points be handled?
  • When ""Bag Expansion"" expires, material points will be handled as follows.

    ・Material Points Owned:
    Even if the maximum limit of the material points decreases due to the expiration of the ticket, there will be no change in the current material points owned.

    ・Using Material Points (for Item Creation and Customization)
    You can use the material points as usual.

    ・Earning Material Points:
    If the material points have already exceeded the limit, you cannot earn more material points from processing materials.

  • No, they don't. There is no expiration date for Ticket Pieces.

  • What is an Avatar Ticket?
  • Avatar Ticket is an item that you can use in ""Open x1"" for Avatar Chests instead of Orbs.
    You can check the number of the Avatar Tickets you have on the top of the screen from Menu > Orb Shop >.
    When you purchase Avatar Chest, a button to use Avatar Ticket will show up.

    *There is no expiration date for Avatar Tickets.
    *The lineup is the same even if you use Avatar Tickets instead of Orbs.
    Therefore, you may also get items other than Avatar Items when opening Avatar Chests with Avatar Tickets.
    * You can open Avatar Chest one time per Avatar Ticket.
    * Even if you have 11 Avatar Tickets, you cannot use ""Open x11"" button.
    * Avatar Ticket x1 will be consumed when you open the Chest one time regardless of the number of Orbs required.
    * Avatar Ticket can only be used on the platform that is the same as the one you used when receiving it.
    Even if you log in on another device that is of different platform using ASOBIMO Account, the tickets will not be shared.

  • How can I unsubscribe the tickets?
  • For Android devices, tickets subscription recurs on a monthly basis until you unsubscribe the tickets.
    To unsubscribe the tickets, please follow the steps below.

    1. Open ""Toram Online"" in Google Play.
    2. Log in with the Google account used to purchase the tickets.
    3. Tap ""Unsubscribe"".
    4. Follow the instructions and unsubscribe the tickets.
    *""Unsubscribe"" will not show up if you don't purchase the tickets.

    If you are using iOS devices, the tickets will automatically expire in 30 days.

  • When you purchase multiple 30-Day Tickets, the bonuses will be combined.

    Example:

    EXP Gain: 30%+10%=40%
    Drop Rate: 30%+10%=40%
    Consignment Fee: 20% + 30% = 50%OFF
