This is an announcement of the change in the authentication method of Toram Online for Android.

Details

The authentication with "Google Account" used when installing the app will be abandoned in mid-December, 2017.

Account information will be saved on Android devices with Authentication Key.

Also, authentication with "ASOBIMO Account" will be available.
We strongly recommend that you register ASOBIMO Account.

About ASOBIMO Account


*If you uninstall the app, or "Clear data"/"Clear cache" from Settings > Apps > Toram Online, Authentication Key will be removed as well.
In this case, you cannot use the account you were using.
Please note that you need "ASOBIMO Account" to continue playing the account.
*We are unable to restore the account lost by the deletion of an authentication key.
*There will be no change in the authentication of Toram Online for iOS.
*We will announce on our official website when the schedule of the end of Google Account authentication.

How to Submit ASOBIMO Account

1. Tap Menu > Settings > Account Settings > Submit.
2. Enter your "E-mail Address" and "Password" and tap "Submit".
3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon pre-submission. Input the e-mail address.

[EDIT:12/14 4:00 PM]How to Restore Data After Losing Data Connection with Google ID

If you have lost the data connection between Toram Online and Google ID, you can log in with the Google ID you were using with the following steps.

1：Tap the app.
2：Tap "Transfer Characters".
3：Tap "Transfer via Google ID".
4：Tap the Google ID you were using for Toram Online from the list.
5：You can log in with the Google ID you were using when it is successfully transferred.

*Only the players who have a Google ID in which character data are created before the maintenance on 12/14/2017 can restore data with this process.
Also, the above restoration is scheduled to become unavailable.
