Regarding the issue of the purchase made via Google Play not being completed properly, the fix has been made in Google Play.

*The Order Number is in the form of: GPA.****-****-****-***** (17 digit number)
1. Cancel the 2nd and later purchases that have been made due to the defect.
*The added Orbs will be collected.
Cancellation cannot be done if it is not possible to collect them.
2. Add Orbs that were not added due to the defect.
