This is the latest update on the connection error that has occured to some players since Saturday, March 2 at 1:48 AM (JST/GMT +9).
We have just detected a problem while trying to restore the character databases with the method we intended to use initially. Therefore, we will be using a different method to fix the error.
Accordingly, the expected recovery date will be changed from "After March 12, 2019 (Tuesday)" to "TBA".
We will do everything we could to fix and restore the databases to their previous state just like before the error cocured on Saturday, 3/2/2019.
However, should this be not possible, we are afraid to inform you that there is a possibility that players' data be rolled back to those as of 11 AM (JST/GMT +9) Thursday, 12/13/2018.
If this rollback occurs, we will compensate all the players affected appropriately in addition to the compensation we would provide due to this error.
Once again, to all our dearest loyal players, please kindly accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience.

We have confirmed a serious damage to some character databases due to this error.
Currently, we are reconfiguring as much data as possible from our backup and restoring character data to our new server.
The system is estimated to recover from this issue after March 12.
Since this system error was not caused by a cyberattack nor computer viruses, there is no information leakage.
