The compensation due to the connection error occuring between 3/2/2019 ~ 3/18/2019 to non-Japanese servers will be proceeded during the maintenance on 3/28/2019.

The compensation includes the following:
・Compensation for not being able to log in to the game during the error period
・Compensation for data being partially rolled back to those as of 12/13/2018

Please refer to "About Service Resumption Outside Japan" for the chronology of the error and the details of the compensation.

As of 9 AM on 3/19/2019, we have confirmed around 1.6 million in-app purchases that need to be restored.
We will process them sequentially and please kindly understand that the data may take a while to reflect on the system.
