About the Handling of Pet Compensation



We have handled the pet compensation through the maintenance on 4/11/2019 for all players who experienced a data rollback due to the data recovery from the connection error occurring from 3/2/2019 to 3/18/2019.

As informed earlier, the recovery this time does not guarantee that all your pets will be restored in perfect condition, but only those possible to be restored.
Please check the content below to receive the pet compensation.

How to Receive


Go to Your Land and check it from "Menu" > "Pet Management" > "Pet List" > "Recovery Storage".
You can receive the pets from Recovery Storage if there are some to receive.


Recovery Storage Available Period


It will be available until mid-June 2019.

*For information about the connection error occurring from 3/2/2019 to 3/18/2019, please refer to "this news"

*"Recovery Storage" can only be checked when there are pets to receive.

*A new announcement will be made when changes are made to the available period of "Recovery Storage".

*"Recovery Storage" is only available when your device language is set to languages other than "Japanese".
 The condition above will also apply to iOS devices after the next app update.

*Please note that once "Recovery Storage" becomes unavailable, you will not be able to receive the pets anymore.
