We have reconfirmed that the cheat detection system added through the maintenance at 2:00 PM (JST) on 05/30/2019 was still identifying some players who were playing normally without cheats as false positives after the maintenance on 05/30/2019 ended at 6:30 PM (JST).

We have removed the login restrictions that were wrongly put on honest players at 11:07 AM (JST) on 05/31/2019 after a thorough investigation and assessment by our Operation Team.

We have also delivered "Orb Shard x 100" as the compensation to all players that were still prevented from logging in to the game due to this issue after 6:30 PM (JST) on 5/30/2019.
