About the Bugs Found in Some Orb Shop Promotions

We have refunded the difference in the number of orbs that were consumed by mistake at 6:40 PM (JST) on 6/3. Please kindly check them.
*The refunded orbs have been added to Unpaid Orb.
*It may take some time before the orbs are reflected.
*Please note that Orbs are available only on the same device platform.

We have confirmed that the discount from certain promotions in the Orb Shop was not applied properly between 12:00 AM (JST) on 6/2 ~ 10:00 AM (JST) on 6/3.
We have fixed the bug and confirmed that the discount is now being applied correctly for the promotion held on 6/3.
We are terribly sorry for the trouble and inconvenience.

We will refund the difference in the number of orbs that were consumed by mistake during this error to all players who purchased the bugged chests.
