We have confirmed that the discount for the Item Chest campaign that began from 7/7 at 12:00 AM was not being applied as written.
We have fixed the problem at around 10:20 AM and the discount is being applied correctly now.
We will return the orb difference to the players who had purchased Item Chest "Open x11" during the time the issue happened.
