We have confirmed that a lot of new accounts are being created since August 8th at 9:00 PM (JST/GMT+9) to receive the compensation.
Due to this issue, we have changed the condition to be applied to the compensation as the following.

*Please note that the compensation will be sent to each account, not character.
We have confirmed an issue that the success rates of refinement using Refinement Support Items such as "Refinement Powder" and "Magic Hammer" were unexpectedly high.
Due to this issue, we would like to apply the following adjustment.
