The maintenance that started on March 18th at 4:00 PM (JST/GMT+9) ended on the same day at 7:30 PM (JST/GMT+9).
We have fixed the connection error that has occurred to certain players since Saturday, 3/2/2019 at 1:48 (JST/ GMT+9) through this maintenance.
And as informed earlier through "this news", the data that were damaged due to this error could not be fully restored.Therefore, we are afraid that we have no choice, but to rollback certain players' data to those as of 12/13/2018 at 11 AM (JST/ GMT+9).
Despite your patience, we are terribly sorry for not being able to produce a desirable result for you.
We sincerely beg for your kind understanding.
As a token of apology for the connection error and data rollback, we would provide appropriate compensation.
