About Security Enhancement When Performing Login with ASOBIMO Account

Starting from 04/22/2020 7:00 AM (JST), players will receive a "Warning Notification" and "Login Restriction" when certain conditions are met.
Warning Notification
When certain conditions are met, a warning email will be sent to the email address you used to register for your ASOBIMO Account.
If the login was done by you, then there is no problem.
When certain conditions are met, you will be restricted from logging in to Toram Online.
If the login restriction is being applied, you will see the following message when you start the app.
"Your ASOBIMO Account is under login restriction. Contact Support team if you do not recall the reason."
What to Do When the Login Restriction Is Being Applied
A notification mail about the login restriction will be sent to the email address you used to register for your ASOBIMO Account.
Click the URL included in the mail to remove the restriction. Last but not least, please kindly understand that we will be unable to answer questions or disclose any further information regarding this announcement due to security reasons.
