  • ▼Transferring Guild Master Rights
  • Our guild master hasn't logged in these days. How can I take over the position?
  • If the guild master hasn't logged in to the game for a certain period of time, the right to become the guild master will automatically be given to another player.
    The member with a superior rank will be prioritized.
    The conditions are as follows.

    - Vice Guild Master
    If 30 days have passed since the last login of the guild master, the vice guild master will earn the right to be promoted to Guild Master when logging in.

    - A Member with a Rank Except Vice Guild Master
    If 60 days have passed since the last login of the guild master, a member with a rank except vice guild master will earn the right to be promoted to Guild Master when logging in.

    - A Member with No Rank
    If 90 days have passed since the last login of the guild master, a member with no rank will earn the right to be promoted to Guild Master when logging in.

  • What is a temporary bag?
  • When your bag is full, the items you obtain will be temporarily preserved in ""Temporary"".
    Only ""Rare Items"" and ""Quest Rewards"" can be preserved in Temporary Bag.

    Please note that the items in Temporary Bag will be automatically deleted under the following conditions.

  • At what time will emblems be reset?
  • Daily Emblems will be reset at 5:00 AM (JST/GMT+9) every day.
    Weekly Emblems will be reset at 5:00 AM (JST/GMT+9) every Sunday.

  • What is the Mailbox in Menu?
  • Mailbox is a feature to receive gifts from Toram Team and other adventurers, and communicate with friends, guild and party members by sending messages.
  • ▼How to Confirm Gifts in Mailbox
  • How can I check the Mailbox?
  • You can check from Menu > Community > Mailbox in the game.

    If you have received a mail, please confirm it from [Check Mail].
    If you have received a gift, please confirm it from [Check Gift].

    *Please note that ""Orbs"" and ""Avatar Tickets"" sent to [Gift] are only usable on the platform to which they are sent. Please be careful when you play the game on another OS using ASOBIMO Account.
    *You cannot receive gifts and presents if there are items in your temporary bag.
    Please transfer the items in the temporary bag to receive.
    *Up to 5 gifts will be shown.
    To receive the 6th gift and so on, you need to receive the first 5 gifts.

    There is no expiration date for mails. Also, there is no limit to the number of mails you can keep.

    Gift
    There is no expiration date for gifts. However, the limit of unreceived gifts is 1000. Please note that other players will be unable to send you gifts if you have more than 1000 unreceived gifts.

    Present
    Please note that there is an expiration date for each Present in the Mailbox.

  • What can I do with the "Gift" function?
  • You can send/receive items via mail from friends, guild members and party members.

    ●Sending Gift
    Tap ""Send Gift"", ""Select the Player"", attach an item and fill out the subject to send a gift.

    *Only 1 type of item can be selected per mail.
    *Spina, Orb Items, and Untradable Items are unavailable.

    ●Receiving Gift
    Tap ""Check Gifts"", select ""Receive"" from the mail with gifts attached, and tap ""Receive"" again.

    *Please note that you cannot receive the gift if your inventory is full or Temporary Bag is in use.
  • ▼About the Effects of Equipment and Crystas
  • How are the stat boost effects of equipment items and Crystas calculated?
  • The stat boost effects are calculated based on the base stats.

    e.g.) If you equip an item with STR+100 and STR+10% while your STR is 100, "STR+10%" is calculated as "STR+10".
  • ▼Attaching Crysta to Equipment
  • Are there any restrictions when attaching Crystas to slotted equipment?
  • The rules of Crysta attachment are as follows.

    - The same Crystas cannot be attached to a 2-slot equipment.

    - Some Crystas can only be attached to a certain equipment.

    - Normal Crysta can be attached to any equipment. You can attach it to a weapon, armor, additional gear or special gear.

  • Do Guild Points expire?
    Do Contribution Points become 0 if they are not converted into Guild Points after a certain period of time?
  • Guild Points and Contribution Points don't expire.
    There is no expiration date for these points.

    However, Contribution Points will become 0 if you leave the guild.

  • The recipes will be added as your character levels up.
    Some equipment will not show up on the recipes until you reach certain levels.

  • How many times can I fuse pets?
  • "9,999" is displayed in the game, however, there is no limit to the number of times you can fuse pets.
  • ▼Stat Points and Skill Points Earned from Emblems
  • Can I use the stat points and skill points that I got as rewards from emblems on another character I have?
  • The stat points and skill points from emblems will be granted to all characters in the account.
    They will also be granted when you create a new character in your character slot.
  • ▼Monsters in Guild Maze
  • The strength of the monsters in Guild Maze has changed.
  • The monsters in Guild Maze are stronger at the beginning of the month and they grow weaker towards the end of the month.
    The monster's strength is reset on the first of every month.
  • ▼About the Reset of Guild Maze
  • When will the Guild Maze be reset?
  • It will be reset on the first day of every month between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM (JST/GMT+9).

  • The limit to send gift has been set to 100 times per day in order to reduce server load and prevent the feature from being exploited.
    The limit will be reset every day at 5:00 AM (JST).

    *The daily limit will not be applied if any of the 30-Day Tickets is in effect.

  • I can't get Weekly Emblems.
  • The level stated in the Weekly Emblems' requirement is the base level of the boss monster.
    You need to defeat the boss monster with the specified base level to get Weekly Emblems.

    *The base level of the boss monster is shown at the start of the BOSS BATTLE in Normal mode.

  • How do I open a new slot on the equipment that I have?
  • A special item is required to open a slot.

    When you have the required item, go to Menu > Character > Equipment > Edit Crysta > Select Equipment.

    You will see a hammer when you select the equipment and a slot can be opened by tapping it.

  • ▼About Weapon
  • Please explain about the characteristics of each weapon.
  • The following are the brief introductions of each type of weapon.

    [Sword]
    A simple and common weapon type.
    You can equip a shield with a one-handed sword.
    If you want to deal more damage, equip a two-handed sword!
    Recommended to mainly raise STR (strength).

    [Bow]
    You can attack enemies from a distance.
    You may be able to defeat enemies without taking damage by keeping the distance.
    The damage dealt will be a bit lower than that with other weapons.
    Recommended to mainly raise DEX (dexterity).

    [Staff]
    You can hit enemies with a staff but you should cast magic during combat.
    If you are attacked while you are casting magic, the magic will be cancelled.
    Also, most of the magic skills don't have many effects to stop enemies, so they are not good for breaking parts of bosses.
    Recommended to mainly raise INT(intelligence).

    [Knuckle]
    You can punch enemies with knuckles.
    AGI (agility) increases attack power and dodge rate, so it's easy for beginners.
    However, the damage dealt will get lower compared to that with other weapons as you level up.
    You can inflict various status ailments on enemies, so it's useful in various ways.
    Recommended to mainly raise AGI(agility).

    [Bare Hand]
    We... don't really recommend this.
    You need to raise various stats.
    Perhaps, there's no skill that is really compatible with bare hand.

    Chat Types
    [Say]: Send chats to the players around you.
    [Shout]: Send chats to the players in the map.
    [Party]: Send chats to party members.
    [Guild]: Send chats to guild members.
    [World]: Send chats all over the world.
    [Whisper]: Send chats to a player.

    How to ""Whisper"" Mode
    Tap the character you want to send chats to and tap ""Action"". Then, you can select ""Whisper"" from the menu.
    You can send Whisper chats from Friend List.
    You can send Whisper chats from Guild Member Info.
    Tap the character name on chat logs, and you can select ""Whisper"" from the menu.
    *You can show chat logs by dragging the chat window to the top of the screen.

    You can close chat logs by tapping ""Back"" on the upper left of the screen.

  • Breaking parts of bosses affects item drops.

  • You can get a stamp everyday when you log in to the game.

    Refine Weapons
    You can raise ATK of weapons by refinement.

    Refine Armors
    The damage taken will be reduced by 1% if you refine armors and add +1 refinement value.
    Refinement does not affect DEF and MDEF on armors.

  • How can I use Combo?
  • You need to achieve the following conditions to use Combo.

    - Achieve the emblem: ""Combine the Skills!"".
    You need to learn 10 types of skills with a character.
    The levels of the skills don't matter to achieve this emblem.
  • ▼About Orb Shards
  • I can't find the Orb Shards that I received.
  • Orb Shards will be automatically sent to your account or you need to receive them manually.

    - Orb Shards obtained from Emblems and Login Bonuses will be automatically sent to your account.
    Please tap Menu > Orb Shop and check the Orb Shard icon on the top of the screen.

    - You need to manually receive the Orb Shards obtained from Serial Codes.
    Please tap Menu > Orb Shop > Use Special Items and check Orb Shard (x77, x100...).
