We have confirmed the following issue with the Cheat Detection System following the maintenance on Thursday, February 27, 2025.

・Players who acquire the Magic Skill "Spell Calibration" when the tree level is 5, then perform a skill reset with a character would be falsely detected for cheating when using "Magic: Storm" under certain conditions with the character.

We have investigated the issue and lifted the login restrictions on 19 players who were falsely detected due to a malfunction in the Cheat Detection System.
We have delivered "30 Unpaid Orbs" as compensation to the players affected by this issue. Additionally, affected players with any active 30 Days Ticket will also receive "5 Unpaid Orbs" for each active ticket type.

They will be automatically sent to your accounts, so please check them from [Menu > Community > Mailbox > Present].
