We are receiving reports of troubles between players caused by item trade.
As a matter of principle, we, Toram Team assume that item trades are done with mutual agreement and we will not step in the troubles with item trades.
Therefore, if you feel suspicious about an item trade with another player, please cancel the trade to prevent troubles.
We would like to announce the details of most frequently reported troubles in the following.
To prevent troubles, please kindly read through the cases.

*Please note that we cannot answer anything about measures we have taken to prevent malicious players from getting around our Terms of Use.
Reports
1. Troubles caused by borrowing and lending items to use Orb Items on them:
・Unable to contact a player after lending equipment to ask the player to use Orb Items such as Pierces and Extract Crysta on it.
・Unable to contact a player after lending equipment for the player to take a screenshot.
-> Please ask for a guaranty before these trades.
If the player doesn't give you items that are as worthy as the items you are lending, please stop the trade immediately.
2. Troubles caused by the use of Gem Items:
・Unable to contact a player after paying participation fee for the promise to use Gem Items such as "Super Rare Drop Gem" and "Ultimate Gem" in a party.
-> Please avoid one-way trade.
Please receive items as worthy as the participation fee for the party and return the items to the player who used Gem Items.
3. Troubles caused by purchases via Consignment:
・Purchased items far above the market rate.
・Appearance of equipment was not the one wanted.
・Collected unexpectedly low proceeds due to mistakes made at Consignment Settings.
