We fixed the issue that occurred when "Pet Heal" and "Pet MP Charge" (Tamer Skills) are registered on Combo during the maintenance on 9/7/2017.

We apologize that there was a delay in the announcement regarding this issue and the fix was applied before the announcement.

We have discussed concerning this problem, and decided to apply the following support.

Support 1

- Refund of the items and Orbs used to delete Tamer Skill Tree.


- Players who deleted Tamer Skill Tree with at least Lv1 "Pet Heal" after the maintenance on 9/7/2017 until 9/14/ at 2:00 PM (JST/GMT+9).
- Players who deleted Tamer Skill Tree with at least Lv1 "Pet Heal".


Applied during the maintenance on 10/12/2017.

Support 2

- Revive Drop x10 to all the players for the late announcement.

- A function to delete Tamer Skill for free for a certain period of time

Note

*Regarding Support 1, if you have deleted Tamer Skill Tree without Pet Heal, the items and Orbs will not be refunded.
Also, deleting the characters that have Tamer Skill Tree will not be applied to Support 1.
If you have deleted your character after deleting Tamer Skill Tree, Support 1 will be applied.

*The available period of Support 3 is subject to change.

*Regarding Support 2, we will announce the detailed schedule of sending at a later date.
