We have discussed the compensation content taking customers opinions into consideration and decided to add the content.
Please refer to the following for more details.


We would like to add the following items as the compensation for the players who have pets with more than 300 Power.

- A part of Spinas used to get the pets and synthesis.
- Life Potions and Orbs used for the pets.

The amount of the Spinas will be calculated from "the pets' current Power" and "number of times synthesized".
Also, it may take time to refund Life Potions and Orbs.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

We have confirmed an issue that the maximum limit of pets' stats: "Power" was not working since the update on 3/16/2017.
Please refer to the following for more details.

Issue

- Pets' "Power" exceeds "Player's Max Level x 2" with Pet Synthesis.

Along with the fix for this issue, we would like to apply the following compensation for the players who have pets with more than 300 Power on 3/14/2018.

Compensation

- Orb Shards worth the difference of current Power and the maximum limit.
- Star Gem Shards worth the difference of current Power and the maximum limit divided by 10.

e.g.) If you have a pet with "500" Power, you will get 500-300=200 Orb Shards, and 200/10=20 Star Gems.

During the maintenance on 3/15/2018

Notes

*The amount of compensation will be calculated by the Power as of 3/14/2018 at 6:00 PM (JST/GMT+9).
Also, the pets that exceeded 300 Power after 3/14/2018 at 6:00 PM will not be be applied to the compensation.

*Even if you have multiple pets that apply to this issue, the compensation will be made for all the pets.
