With the update of the game engine Toram Online is using, we would like to inform you that the recommended system requirements have also changed.
The new recommended system requirements are as follows
Android
OS : Android 7 or higher
SoC : Snapdragon 439 / 660 / 710 / 835 or higher
RAM : 3GB or more
Internet Connection : Wi-Fi (Upload / Download 10 Mbps or more)
iOS
OS : iOS 11 or higher
SoC : Apple A10 or higher
RAM : 2GB or more
Internet Connection : Wi-Fi (Upload / Download 10 Mbps or more)
Service performance and availability are not guaranteed when
- Devices do not meet the recommended system requirements
- Devices are no longer supported by the manufacturers or retailers
- Apps not supported by the manufacturers or retailers are being used on your device
- Apps that root your device are being used
- Virtual machines or emulators are being used
- VPN(Virtual Private Network) is being used
- The app is not installed in the internal storage on your device
- SAMSUNG Galaxy series are being used to run the app (due to the screen glitches occurring on these devices)
- The beta version of the Operating System is being used
*Only the Android devices powered by the Snapdragon series SoC from Qualcomm Inc. are supported.
*A bigger amount of RAM than that stated in the recommended system requirements may be required depending on your device resolution.

Others
You can still play Toram Online despite not meeting the recommended system requirements. However, we may not deal with the troubles that occur on those devices.
Please consider changing your device if you are still playing on a device that does not meet the recommended system requirements.
Furthermore, the recommended system requirements may change in order to adapt to technology trends.
