The maintenance started at 2 PM (JST/ GMT+9) on 3/30/2019 has been completed at 4 PM (JST/ GMT +9).
Please read the details of the maintenance below.
We are holding a maintenance at 2 PM (JST/ GMT+9) on 3/30/2019 to partially restore the bag and storage items that were lost due to the data rollback.
The items restored during this maintenance are those of the players' whose data were rolled back due to the recovery from the connection error occurring between 3/2/2019 ~ 3/18/2019.
Also, as informed previously, this recovery does not completely restore player's items in perfect condition. Only some items that are possible to be recovered are restored.
The items are not going to be restored directly to your bag or storage. They will be stored temporarily in a special item storage instead.
The special item storage can be checked from a special NPC "Recovery Storage" after the maintenance.

- Distribution of Compensation Items for "30-Day Tickets" mentioned in "About the Compensation" in the news "About Service Resumption Outside Japan".
This compensation will only be given to the players with at least 1 active day of any "30-Day Tickets" between 12/13/2018 at 12 AM (JST/ GMT+9) and 3/18/2019 up to the maintenance for service resumption.
The compensation items will be given automatically to eligible accounts once logged in. Please kindly check them from "Use Special Items".

*"Recovery Storage" is only available when your device language is set to languages other than "Japanese".
*You can only check the special item storage when there are items to receive.
*"Recovery Storage" will be available until around the end of June 2019.
We will make a new announcement if any changes to the available period are being made.
*Please note that once the "Recovery Storage" becomes unavailable, you will not be able to withdraw the items left inside.
