We have confirmed an issue that Avatar Ticket, the reward of "Guild Maze Event" was sent to incorrect platforms to some players in the maintenance on May 26th, 2016.
We will resend the Avatar Ticket to correct platforms after we delete the ticket sent to incorrect platforms in future maintenance.
We will announce when we redistribute Avatar Tickets on our official website.

Notes
- In this news, "Platforms" mean the devices that have a different operating system such as Android and iOS.
- If you use the Avatar Tickets, which were sent incorrectly before the redistribution, the Avatar Tickets will NOT be redistributed.
You cannot share Avatar Tickets on different platforms, however, the items you won with Avatar Tickets can be used on both platforms.
