This is an announcement from Toram Online's Operation Team about Free Skill & Stats Reset Campaign.

We have performed several adjustments for the balances of the existing skills during the maintenance on 4/18/2024.
Along with skill balance adjustments, skill & stats reset will be available for free and players will be exempt from paying Spinas when acquiring skills during the period below.

The Number of Resets Available

A few bugs were found after the recent skill adjustments. Because of that, we have decided to provide additional free resets under the following condition.


Accounts that logged in and received free resets between 4/18/2024 after maintenance and 4/25/2024 before maintenance are eligible.


1 free skill/stats reset will be added per no. of character slots owned (as of 4/25/2024 before the maintenance).
It does not matter if a character has not been created in the slot as long as you own it.

Ex: If you own 10 character slots, then a total of 10 skill/stats resets will be added.

The number of resets available = no. of character slots owned (as of 04/18/2024 before the maintenance) x 3
It does not matter if a character has not been created in the slot as long as you own it.

Ex: If you own 10 character slots, you may reset skills and stats as many as 30 times in total.

How to Reset

Each reset can be done as follows.



From the top left of the screen, tap [Menu > Character > Skills]

To reset all skill trees, tap "Reset Skill Trees" then Reset for Free.

To reset skill trees one by one, tap the skill you would like to reset and tap "Reset" at the bottom right, then tap Reset for Free.



From the top left of the screen, tap [Menu > Character > Stats > Build Character > Reset]

For normal stats like STR and INT, choose "Reset Stats" and tap "Reset for Free".

For personal stats like TEC and LUK, choose "Reset Personal Stat" and tap "Reset for Free".

Exemption of Spinas Required to Learn a Skill

The Library is Here!	NPC "Lilulu"

Players will be exempted from paying Spinas to the NPC "Lilulu" in the Library in "Sofya City" when acquiring a skill.

Please check "this news" for information on how to acquire skills.

Guaranteed Crysta Removal Feature

As the stats of some crystas have been adjusted, a risk-free feature to remove the adjusted crystas will be available.
The feature to remove the adjusted crystas with a 100% success rate for free will appear on the Edit Crysta page during the period of time specified below.

Until: 05/09/2024 before the maintenance

Notes

*You may have to wait for your turn to use the free skill reset due to load balancing.
　In that case, please "Retry" after a while.
*Free resets will be used first if you own items that reset skill or stats such as Book of Oblivion and Reset Book.
　Please note that you are unable to choose either to use the items you own or the free resets.
*Resetting either all skill trees or resetting the skill trees one by one will be counted as "1" reset.
*Resetting either normal stats like STR and INT or personal stat will be counted as "1" reset.
*Please note that after deleting a skill tree, you'll need items or Spinas to learn the skills.
*Please note that the available period may be shortened or changed.
*Limited-time events or promotions may be held again in the future on different conditions after they have ended.
